7 October 2009 - Within the series "Romania - France: together in Europe", the European Institute of Romania and The French Embassy in Bucharest organised the conference "European Union and Russia: the way towards partnership", held by Mr. Jean-Louis Bourlanges, Associate Professor at the Institute of Public Studies (IEP), former Member of the European Parliament.
