Launch of the Strategy and Policy Studies - SPOS 2010
The Strategy and Policy Studies (SPOS) have been issued every year by EIR since 2006 and continue the PAIS series (Pre-Accession Impact Studies) launched in 2001. New Energy Agency opened in Slovenia

The European Commission Roadmap for a Low-Carbon Economy
The European Commission presented on 8 March 2011 its vision on how greenhouse gas emissions
