The European Institute of Romania establishes its annual needs for public procurement in accordance with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) no 34/19.04.2006, with the additions and the amendments thereto, concerning the granting of public procurement contracts, of concession contracts for public works and of concession contracts for services.
